This has been an agonizingly slow and painful process to get our recipes on line. But they are coming. One by one. (There are more recipes on the Seasonings Blog Page.) We have set them up by food category and have attempted to make them as easy as possible to prepare. Please remember that preparation is just as important as presentation. Just like computers, garbage in, garbage out.
When cooking with wines, only cook with what you drink. Whatever you use will flavor the entire dish. If you are going to eat, eat well. So do not destroy your work of art with crappy wines. Honestly, it makes no sense. And by the way, cost of wine has no relation whatsoever to taste of the wine. Like our seasonings, it's all about the tastebuds. They are your friends, treat them well.
