Shrimp with Goat Cheese and Avocado on Crostini

Football football football. Here is an easy, really tasty treat for tailgating.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lb. of Shrimp
- 1 Tbls. Minced Garlic
- Kaldi Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Tbls.
- Cape Seasonings SOUL BLEND - 1 1/2 Tbls.
- Goat Cheese
- Avocado
- Baguette - Crostini
Des Instructions:
1) Clean and devein fresh/thawed shrimp
2) Cut in half length-wise
3) In a zip lock bag, mix shrimp with 1 Tbls. of OEVOO, 1 Tbls. of minced garlic, and 1 Tbls. of SOUL BLEND
4) Marinate in frig. for at least one hour, preferrably longer
5) Cut baguette on angles; bite size pieces
6) Paint baguette pieces with OEVOO and toast in large sauce pan; remove and set aside
7) In same sauce pan, on Medium Heat, cook shrimp until pink throughout; taste for texture
8) Remove to drain excess oil
9) On baguette piece, spread some goat cheese, place a shrimp, add avocado to top, spear with toothpick to hold together.
10) Eat with your favorite Adult Beverage (or whatever).
