Original SOUL BLEND Seasoning is a "clean" LOW SODIUM (55 mg. per serving) blend of 10 herbs and spices. "Clean" means it is all natural - we do NOT add preservatives or additives; the blend is gluten free; no MSG, no fat or calories. Plus, it is rich in Capsaicin from Cayenne Pepper, Garlic and Onion. Relatively mild, ixnay on the hot, but just the right amount of "kick" to stimulate bloodflow and all of the healthy benefits you receive when you eat it. So just eat it. Grrek oil is considered by some (National Public Radio's All Thing's Considered; 2013 Broadcast) to be the best extra virgin olive oil. Period.
